About the Role
This is a People Partner position, working closely with the People & Inclusion team to provide generalist HR support across the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver HR solutions
* Advising the business on Employee Relations matters and identifying / mitigating risks to the business
* Supporting on L&D and DEI initiatives
* Supporting teams with recruitment as and when required
* Build relationships across the business
* Ad-hoc HR support as and when required.
Candidate Specification:
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualified
* Generalist or HR Business Partner level experience required
* Excellent communication skills
* Prior experience of Employee Relations
* Confident in UK employment law
* Experience of Hay Job Evaluation or similar (preferable)
* Excellent commercial awareness and proven record of influencing leadership.
Additional Information:
* Salary up to £51K depending on experience
* Flexible working hours – 9am – 5pm OR 8am – 4pm
* Hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
* Central London office location.
