Responsibilities:
Operations:
* Ensure smooth functioning of various processes
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Financial management including invoicing and payment tracking
* Manage third party relationships
Office and People Management:
* Assist in the interview process and onboarding
* Serve as a point of contact for employee issues
* Learn and manage HRIS
* Maintain records of employee expenses
* Ensure sufficient office stock
* Work closely with IT support
Events:
* Plan internal and external events
* Research and book social events
* Book incentive rewards and manage special days
Marketing:
* Design marketing materials
* Build virtual presence via social media
* Organize marketing roadmap
* Take photos and videos for branding
* Keep the website up to date
* Create brochures and design presentations
