We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our multi-disciplinary team, effectively managing medication related queries from patients who are prescribed medical cannabis. Our Values: Lead & Inspire Commit to Win Driven to Deliver Excellence Customer Obsession One Curaleaf Position: About the Role: As a Pharmacy Technician, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Organising and prioritising workload to ensure that responses to patient queries are provided in a timely manner. Providing medication advice to patients verbally and in written form in an accessible manner; including but not limited to how to take medicines, common side effects, and interactions with other medications. Supporting the repeat prescription request process, identifying issues or discrepancies where necessary Implementing, maintaining, and improving systems, including IT requirements and the creation and update of SOPs Maintaining accurate appropriate and concise records, undertaking audits when required Contributing to a multi-professional approach in the management of patients, including attending and contributing to MDT meetings Actively involving service users in providing feedback of their experience of the current service and suggestions for improvements. Requirements: About You: We are looking for someone with a Pharmacy Technician background who has: Effective organisational and problem solving skills The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment An enthusiastic, approachable demeanour An innovative and flexible approach Good knowledge of IT programs, including Microsoft Office A keen eye for detail A commitment to developing knowledge and best practice for self and company Other information: What we offer: At Curaleaf, we value training and development.
