This is a flexible opportunity that can be taken as a 16-month fixed-term contract, a permanent role, or a freelance day-rate position, depending on your preferences. Key Responsibilities: • Site Preparation & Set-Up Support early-stage works, including coordination of enabling works and temporary infrastructure. • Site Surveys & Monitoring Conduct regular site surveys to track progress, verify dimensions, and support design compliance. Use Leica TS16 total station and GPS equipment for accurate, efficient data capture. Assist with the preparation of as-built records and support design validation processes. • Quality Assurance & Documentation Maintain up-to-date QA records to ensure works meet specification. Contribute to document control processes and provide regular reporting. • Subcontractor Coordination Support coordination of subcontractor activities on site.
