 
        
        Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse / Social Worker / Occupational Therapist
Our Children, Family & Young People Services across Suffolk are seeking dedicated Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join their existing team.

Responsibilities
 * Undertake assessments of young people.
 * Work collaboratively with families and other supporting agencies to manage needs.
 * Hold a caseload and undertake duty.
 * Manage and assess risk in collaboration with all systems.
 * Provide regular clinical and management supervision with an emphasis on reflective practice.
 * Engage in team and individual development, including induction and ongoing training.
 * Ensure formulation based on the biosocial model of care and the voice of the young adult is heard throughout their episode of care.
Qualifications
Ideally you’ll have experience and skills in working with young adults and their families.
