What Youll Be Doing: Accurately record all transport jobs in our systems, ensuring documentation like PODs and Consignment Notes are up to date. Book in deliveries and collections, keeping everything on track and in line with our processes. Brief and debrief drivers daily, ensuring theyre informed and ready to go. Maintain compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and site security. Support the collection of key management information and KPIs. Communicate effectively with customers and drivers, logging all actions clearly. Provide regular updates and situation reports to the transport team. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. What Youll Bring Experience in a fast-paced transport or logistics environment. Solid understanding of legal compliance, driver hours, and WTD regulations. Strong multitasking skills and a flexible, team-oriented mindset. Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to customer service. Confident communication skills and a polished telephone manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
