Business Support Administrator – Join Our Friendly & Growing Team in 2026

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to join our Business Support Team, providing vital administrative support across all areas of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established, supportive, and friendly company where no two days are the same The Business Support Team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, helping different departments when needed—whether that's for a couple of hours or a few weeks to provide cover. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role could be perfect for you

What You'll Be Doing:

* Preparing and sending customer quotations and sales orders
* Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
* Speaking with customers via phone and email – following up on quotes, providing updates, and gathering key details
* Communicating with suppliers to chase ETAs for goods due for delivery
* Handling incoming calls and queries, ensuring prompt and helpful responses
* Supporting various departments—you might be assisting logistics with deliveries one day, helping finance with credit control another, or working on a project for a few weeks
* Monitoring KPIs and working with the wider team to keep things running smoothly
* Using Microsoft Office, and if you have experience with Sage, that's a bonus

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to react quickly and efficiently to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time
