The Role
You’ll oversee global relationships with 20+ international federations and more than 160 professional athletes - from household names to emerging talent.
Your focus: building world-class partnerships, leading a talented team, and driving a smarter commercial return on a £4m+ annual budget.
You will:
* Lead the evolution of global sponsorship and partnership programmes.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with federations, athletes, and commercial partners.
* Manage a growing team, setting clear goals and ensuring strong delivery.
* Own and optimise partnership budgets for maximum ROI.
* Join the senior leadership team and shape strategy as the business scales internationally.
About You
You’ll bring a mix of commercial acumen, strategic vision and relationship-building skill.
You’re confident working with high-profile stakeholders and passionate about sport, performance and brand growth.
You’ll likely have:
* Experience in partnerships, brand sponsorships or commercial leadership.
* A proven record of delivering measurable impact through partnerships.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A collaborative, people-centred leadership style.
* The ability to work from South Yorkshire and travel internationally.
