YMCA Trinity Group is looking for a enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare setting on Wellington Street.
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a joyful, safe, and stimulating environment for children to thrive? We’re looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant and supportive team.
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the room and ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

* Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the room
* Providing high‑quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS
* Working as part of a friendly, experienced, and supportive team
* Using your initiative while also taking direction when needed
* Bringing creativity, vision, and enthusiasm to your practice

What You’ll Need:
* A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* A minimum of two years post‑qualifying experience
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Great IT skills and a collaborative spirit
In line with safer recruitment processes, successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, facilitated and paid for by YMCA Trinity Group.
Days and hours
You will be contracted to work 36 hours per week, over 4 days, from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Salary and Benefits
Salary is £23,418.72
