About the Home Buckingham Lodge offers high-quality care in a contemporary, well-equipped setting. You will be supported externally by dedicated Operations and Central teams, and within the home you will have the support of a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Hospitality Manager and Administrator. These teams will collaborate with you to ensure smooth operations and exceptional care for our residents. All 70 rooms are single with en-suite shower facilities, arranged over three floors. The home is tastefully decorated to high standard throughout and sits in a vibrant market town with strong transport links from Norwich. As a regulated business, we expect the candidate to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and be familiar with all the relevant legislation and regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the home provides high-quality care and support to our residents, whilst meeting financial targets and maintaining full occupancy. Reports to: Operations Manager Key duties and responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the homes staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion and empathy. Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support. Manage the homes budget, ensuring that financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed. Develop and implement a well-thought-out marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the homes services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.
