Responsibilities
* Oversee the setup and Ofsted registration of a new childrens home
* Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding
* Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and professional team culture
* Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs
* Maintain effective communication with children, families, staff, and external agencies
* Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing support and development
* Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a management role within a childrens residential setting
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or equivalent (ESSENTIAL)
* Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding legislation
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
* Enhanced DBS check (must be on the update service or willing to obtain)
* Right to work full-time in the UK
* Level 5 Diploma (Leadership & Management) (required)
* UK Drivers License & Access to own vehicle (required)
