What You’ll Do
* Develop and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules for civil engineering projects
* Integrate contractor and partner programmes into a single master plan
* Track progress, highlight risks early, and help keep civil programmes on track
* Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS)
* Run scenario planning and “what-if” analysis to optimise delivery
* Support continuous improvement of planning practices across civil programmes
What You Bring
* Planning experience within civil engineering or major infrastructure projects
* A degree or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, or related field
* Working knowledge of NEC contracts and their impact on civil project delivery
* Strong skills in Primavera P6 and Excel
* Organised, proactive, and able to communicate clearly with multiple teams
* Comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
