A friendly and inclusive secondary school in Bexley is seeking dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an SEN-focused role, ideal for aspiring Educational or Clinical Psychologists, SEN Teachers, or professionals planning a career in child development or mental health. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting students with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assisting teachers in implementing effective learning and behaviour strategies Encouraging student engagement and promoting emotional and social development Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a degree in Psychology (or a closely related subject) Have at least 1 year of relevant experience working with young people in a secondary school setting Be a strong communicator, adaptable, and proactive Show a genuine interest in supporting students with SEN, Autism, ADHD, and related needs Be committed to safeguarding and child development Why Apply?
