Leveraging your expertise within high-growth and dynamic startup/scaleup settings, you will craft a world class EVP to attract and retain top talent, and cultivate a high-performance culture and an environment where people live and breathe the core values of the brand.
Streamline recruitment, collaborate with leadership to build a top talent funnel, and refine the recruitment framework for cost efficiency.
Enhance onboarding for seamless integration into the company culture, ensuring an amazing experience from day one.
Implement a robust learning and development program to inspire and educate employees for enhanced skills and capabilities.
Support employee development through training and process improvement, managing an Office Manager for optimal team support.
Optimise employee benefits, prioritising mental and physical health, and guide the Office Manager in creating a conducive workplace.
Evaluate and improve people processes, including management practices and DEI initiatives.
Embed processes and policies throughout the employee lifecycle to contribute to building a world-class organisation.
Collaborate with founders and the senior team to shape the employer brand, solidifying its reputation as an excellent workplace and fostering an industry-leading employee experience to attract and retain top talent.
Proven HR generalist experience and track record as a strategic people leader, able to be proactive, think ahead and future proof an organisation for scale
Experience partnering closely with SLT’s, providing leadership and direction on business decision-making, people management, problem solving and performance management
Proven success meeting exceptionally high commercial standards in a high volume, fast-paced, hands-on, agile environment
Proven knowledge and practical application of HR practices and employment laws
Growth mindset and experience driving a high-performance culture - encouraging employees to continuously learn and develop
