Salary: £34,500–£44,000 per year (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We’re working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Merton that’s on the lookout for a fantastic Early Years Teacher to lead their lovely Reception class.

What the role involves:
* Teaching a Reception class within a well-established EYFS team
* Creating playful, purposeful learning that supports every child’s development
* Working closely with TAs, parents, and the wider school team
* Using continuous provision and observation-led assessment
* Building strong routines that help little ones feel confident and cared for
What we’re looking for:
* QTS and solid EYFS knowledge (Reception experience is a bonus!)
* A warm, creative teaching style with clear expectations
* An understanding of early childhood development and safeguarding
* Someone who can turn a storybook into a whole adventure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
