Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Assess and monitor pupil progress with guidance from experienced staff
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, mentors, and support staff
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
* Uphold the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
* Suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Passion for teaching and supporting young learners
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A positive and proactive attitude
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
