What You’ll Do
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular site visits and proactive engagement.
* Act as a technical ambassador at customer sites, supporting supply continuity and identifying opportunities for decarbonisation, cost savings, and process optimisation.
* Lead on-site assessments and line audits to ensure product and packaging alignment, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
* Support New Product Development by managing trials, gathering feedback, and driving improvements across glass, decoration, and packaging.
* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to maintain supply chain visibility and continuity.
* Take ownership of the customer claims process, conducting investigations and coordinating resolution plans.
* Monitor competitor activity and share insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Champion health & safety and ensure compliance with company procedures at all times.
