* Assess and monitor residents' health status.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Provide wound care and other nursing procedures.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
* Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans.
* Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
* Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
* Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and support staff.
