Responsibilities
* Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.
* Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers remain connected.
* Provide exceptional customer service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
* Work independently while supported by a supportive team.
Requirements
* UK manual driving licence.
* Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Residence in one of the specified postcodes: LN8, LN9, LN10, LN11, LN12, PE23, PE21, PE25, NG34.
