Nursery: Bright Horizons Barrow Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: £26,334.00 - £31,350.00 (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Dalton Lane, Barrow-In-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 4LF
We are looking for a full-time, Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Barrow Nursery, on the grounds of the Furness Hospital.

What you’ll be doing
* Planning, creating, implementing, and reflecting on engaging activities tailored to each child's developmental milestones.
* Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with parents and carers.
* Promoting and ensuring child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding.
* Working with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.
What we’re looking for
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
* Previous experience working with children (e.g., Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Educator).
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
* Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
* Effective communication skills with children and adults.
* Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
