1. NMC registered nurse

3. Accredited ACP
4. Completed NMP qualifications

7. Ability to work cross site and regionally
Experience
Essential criteria
8. Significant post registration experience in clinical urology
9. Experience in formulating protocols and standards
10. Experience in clinical audit and independent research
11. Managing financial processes and reporting within funded projects or programmes
12. Familiarity with governance requirements for research and innovation projects
Skills and Knowledge
Essential criteria
13. Comprehensive theoretical and clinical knowledge of urological conditions
14. Ability to analyse and report performance and financial data
15. Knowledge of research governance processes
16. Team leadership and supervising junior colleagues and other MDT members
