Role: Digital Marketing Lead Reports to: Head of Marketing Direct Reports: 3x We’re on the lookout for a savvy, values-driven Digital Marketing Lead who’s ready to step into the spotlight. This is your chance to take ownership, lead a small (but mighty) team, and shape digital strategy across CRM, SEO, and content. You won’t be working in a silo. You’ll team up closely with our Creative & Brand Lead, Graphic Designer, and Social Media & Comms Executive to bring campaigns to life across every touchpoint. You’ll be comfortable leading conversations, asking questions, and supporting more junior team members. We value growth. Skills CRM & Email Marketing: confident with tools like Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar. You understand audience segmentation, A/B testing, and GDPR compliance SEO: skilled in keyword research, content planning, and optimisation using tools like Ahrefs, Moz, or GSC Analytics: familiar with GA4, tracking links (UTMs), and basic dashboards Paid Media: experience running or supporting Google Ads or Meta campaigns Leadership: a natural coach—encouraging, clear, and emotionally intelligent Qualities Bubbly Positive, Open-minded, supportive, and proactive.
