About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join a supportive, low-secure service caring for adults with mental health diagnoses and/or personality disorders. You will play a key role in supporting individuals recovery, wellbeing, and independence, working alongside a multidisciplinary team across step-down and main services.

What Youll Be Doing
* Deliver prescribed nursing care within a defined framework, supporting a specific group of patients.
* Work with patients and their families/carers to assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans.
* Act as the patients named nurse, ensuring dignity, choice, and wellbeing are prioritised.
* Accurately observe, monitor, and evaluate patients needs and progress.
* Review and update nursing care plans regularly.
* Assist qualified staff in routine tasks and therapeutic activities to support recovery.
What Were Looking For
* Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with active NMC registration.
* At least six months experience in mental health or learning disabilities care.
* Resilient, flexible, and empathetic, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Positive, proactive approach and commitment to high-quality care and continuous improvement.
