Service Division Manager
A growing appliance manufacturer is looking for a driven Service Division Manager to lead its service operations and expand its third‑party contract portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who can connect teams, strengthen processes, and deliver high operational standards across service, engineering and customer support functions. You will be responsible for driving performance, improving efficiency, reducing cost, and supporting scalable growth across the division.
This role is fully onsite near Wakefield
The Role
* Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and engineer network performance
* Develop new business with retailers, builders, and e‑commerce partners
* Manage and grow key client accounts
* Lead and develop the service office team
* Ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution
* Manage budgets, P&L, costs, KPIs and performance
* Work with Supply Chain to maintain spare parts availability
* Ensure compliance with all H&S requirements
What You’ll Need
* Management experience in appliance servicing, consumer electronics, or field engineering
* Sales or business development background
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and negotiation ability
* Excellent organisation and multitasking capability
* Confident with MS Office & CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence
