As Senior Creative, you will lead and oversee the design and creative direction of projects through the agency, ensuring all key deliverables are understood and answered. You know how to turn brand and campaign thinking into hard-working, strategically led creative executions.
You'll mentor fellow creatives and work closely with creative directors to deliver high-level creative thinking across some of our key retained clients – sharing narrative, platforms, campaign and brand systems – driving them through the studio with clarity, intent and high-level design executions.
You will present work directly to clients, ensuring brand consistency across all channels while leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge to deliver exceptional results. This is a senior role for someone who can think, make, present and lead. Someone comfortable owning the room, the brief and the outcome.
Core Roles. What you need to do.
Lead brand and comms-led creative across key retained accounts.
Turn strategy into sharp, sellable creative platform and campaign ideas.
Ideate, develop, and deliver exceptional work in response to client and agency briefs. Creating compelling concept decks, brand narratives and campaign toolkits.
Support and deliver time-sensitive projects for multiple accounts. Taking responsibility for day-to-day creative delivery.
Execute outstanding design, typography, and art direction skills across a range of channels and disciplines using industry-standard software.
Take initiative to lead projects and mentor more junior team members.
Communicate and collaborate seamlessly across the entire agency. Giving guidance to the wider agency team and collaborators where necessary.
Feed into project SOWS, expectations, deadlines and studio workflows to assist with the planning of studio resources.
Interrogate and answer strategic and creative briefs. Pushing creative boundaries within brand guidelines and parameters of projects.
Work to enhance workflows and output and increase client satisfaction.
Competently create, develop and art direct content shoots, working with other disciplines and external agency partners, guiding projects to stay on track.
Be brand ambassador for key agency clients, delivering creativity with a learned understanding of brand, industry, culture, and audience trends to inform your work.
Confidently present and give guidance to the wider team and, when necessary, clients. Communicating thinking through moodboards, sketches, written concepts, designs and mockups.
When needed, travel to client meetings, content shoots, installations and production partners to guide and sign-off creative production of projects.

Key Competencies. What you need to have.
Qualification in design or similar.
7-10 years of experience (working in an agency environment preferred).
Experience leading brand and campaign work for established clients.
Art direction and design craft – an expert with the Adobe Suite.
Fluency with G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
You bring big ideas and the craft to land them properly.
You know brand systems, campaign thinking and comms frameworks.
Agile mind and inquisitive nature with bagfuls of ambition.
Clear communicator, skilled in crafting rationale and presentations to sell creative work to clients and senior members of the team.
Multi-channel thinking when it comes to brand, content, campaigns, digital marketing and spatial executions.
The passion and enthusiasm to do great work.
