We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team as a National Audit Data Entry Clerk. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality patient care by ensuring accurate and timely data entry to the National Audit of Cardiac Rehabilitation (NACR). You will contribute to the continuous monitoring and improvement of our service, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and service performance.

Key responsibilities include:
* Input patient and service data into the National Audit of Cardiac Rehabilitation (NACR) database promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with local and national deadlines.
* Maintain data quality through regular checks and validation to comply with national standards and perform regular validation, audits, and cross‑checks to maintain accuracy and consistency.
* Support the team in the preparation of routine and ad‑hoc performance and audit reports, contributing to service monitoring and evaluation.
* Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative colleagues to ensure complete and up‑to‑date information is captured and that data capture processes are efficient and effective.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information in line with Trust policies, data protection regulations and GDPR.
* Provide general administrative support to the Cardiac Rehabilitation service, undertaking general administrative tasks that support the smooth running of the service.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and escalating any issues in data quality or processes.
* Participate in relevant training and development opportunities to maintain skills and knowledge.
