Electrical Estimator - Lincoln Area - £55,000-£60,000 Package Role Summary An Electrical Estimator is required to join a growing M&E contractor delivering a range of commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare projects. This is a key role within the pre-construction team, responsible for managing enquiries from initial receipt through to full tender submission. Projects are typically local, with values ranging from £50k up to £2M. Company Overview Established Building Services contractor with a strong presence across commercial and public-sector projects. The business has a solid order book and consistent pipeline of work across multiple sectors, offering long-term stability and progression. Key Responsibilities Manage electrical tenders from enquiry through to submission Review drawings, specifications, and client requirements Produce accurate cost estimates and take-offs Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations Prepare BOQs and pricing documents Support pre-construction and handover to delivery teams Ensure compliance with BS7671 and relevant standards Requirements Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within Building Services Strong understanding of tender processes and pricing Experience working on commercial and/or public sector projects Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously Good communication and organisational skills Qualifications Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent) Strong working knowledge of BS7671 Skills & Attributes Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Commercial awareness Ability to work independently and within a team Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders Package & Benefits £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) Company pension On-site parking Long-term progression opportunities Location & Working Pattern Based in the Lincoln area Primarily office-based Hybrid working considered for the right candidate Occasional site visits as required
