OFSTED) Registered Manager For Childrens Home with LD Needs Job description: As the Registered Manager, you will have day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the operational running of the Home, providing care and support to young people, promoting their independence, and ensuring they reach and exceed their full potential. You will consistently and proactively ensure that the safety and well-being of each child is at the heart of everyday practice in the Home, with a home culture that supports this. Your role as the Registered Manager will be to lead from the front, setting excellent expectations for the staff and young people alike.
