What will your day to day look like?
This is a true market-creation role, focused on building presence, generating demand, and establishing strong foundations for long-term growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Winning new customers and opening untapped accounts
* Expanding the territory from a near-zero base
* Creating new revenue streams
* Building a market for a disruptive product
* Developing and executing clear adoption strategies
* Creating structured adoption pathways for new technology
* Driving change in clinical behaviour through education and influence
* Displacing incumbent competitors
* Managing long conversion cycles with strategic persistence
This role will suit you if you…
• Have business development experience
• Have successful experience selling into operating theatres, preferably with existing relationships in Gynaecology and Urology that can be utilised in this role
• Can showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a range of different customers
• Have a full, clean driving license and a willingness to travel around your region regularly
• Have a hunter mindset
