Due to our strong market position, reputation, and continued success, we are looking to expand our friendly team of Recruitment Consultants.
Role Overview:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will provide Teachers and school Support Staff for both short-term and long-term assignments, as well as permanent placements. You will manage the recruitment process from end to end as a 360 consultant, bringing nurseries and practitioners together.
Key Responsibilities:
As a part of our team, you will:
Business Development: Develop new business through effective sales, networking, and marketing techniques.
Candidate Management: Organise interviews and provide candidates with essential information and support.
Relationship Building: Liaise and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various job boards and social media platforms.
Vacancy Advertising: Advertise vacancies effectively to attract qualified candidates.
Requirements:

Have a background in sales and recruitment, as the skills you possess are easily transferable.
Are confident in building long-standing relationships with clients and candidates.
Possess the right mindset: honest, flexible, and determined to succeed, with a focus on structured goals and targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
