Whether it’s lending a listening ear, offering a warm welcome, or helping behind the scenes, your time and skills can help transform lives. As a volunteer, you’ll work alongside a passionate and friendly team, gain valuable experience, and build lasting connections.

Typical Tasks:
* Welcoming new visitors and helping them feel at ease.
* Gathering information by completing forms (e.g., new member forms).
* Providing refreshments (teas, coffees, biscuits, etc.).
* Engaging with members during visits – being a “Listening Ear.”
* Keeping track of visitors and daily occurrences, including phone calls.
* Managing appointments using our online portal (training provided).
