GKR International has been exclusively retained by Galbraith to recruit a Senior Estate Agent for their Perth office.
This is an opportunity to join one of Scotland’s most respected property consultancies, working as part of a long-established and successful agency team serving Perth and the surrounding regions.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Estate Agent, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class estate agency service to both buyers and sellers. You will manage your own pipeline of transactions from initial appraisal through to negotiation and completion.
You will also contribute to the continued growth of the business by securing high-quality, in-keeping instructions that align with the calibre of properties currently being marketed.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional estate agency service to buyers and sellers.
* Manage property transactions end-to-end, from initial appraisal through to negotiation and completion.
* Maintain momentum across your pipeline with strong organisational and deal management skills.
* Provide confident and decisive negotiation to secure the best outcomes for clients.
* Identify and win new instructions that align with the quality and reputation of the business.
* Work collaboratively within an established agency team with deep roots in the local market.
About You
* Proven experience in residential estate agency, or RICS accredited.
* Strong track record in valuation, negotiation and deal progression.
* Commercially minded with the ability to generate and secure new instructions.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a professional and supportive environment.
* Strong knowledge of the Perthshire property market is advantageous.
