A full-time and permanent position
Your future as a Practice Manager
* Managing a busy 7-surgery Orthodontic Practice working alongside a highly qualified team of Orthodontists, Dentists, Orthodontic Therapists, and Advanced Nurses, with a full team of 19 colleagues
* The practice has modern facilities and digital systems for a smooth and efficient workflow, including an i-Tero Scanner
* We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
* Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
* Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
* Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
* Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
* You will enjoy being part of a team that's passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
