Job Description:
An experienced Insolvency Administrator is required in the Newcastle office of this growing Restructuring Specialist.
Role:
* Reporting to a Manager, you will manage approximately 30 cases of varying sizes and complexities.
* Cases will include Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and Bankruptcies.
* Managing case delivery from pre-appointment to closure.
* Understanding key commercial aspects of the insolvent company’s business.
* Providing regular progress reports to the manager.
* Preparing for and attending creditors’ meetings.
* Managing asset valuation and realisation.
* Providing recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
* Attending clients’ sites to secure premises and assets when necessary.
* Maintaining IPS case diaries and setup.
Staff development is a priority; the company offers ongoing internal training and support for external qualifications.
