Night Social Care Worker – Choice Care Group
Hours: 36 per week. Salary: £12.23 per hour. This role involves shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Flexible working patterns are available to fit personal commitments.

Responsibilities
* Assisting those we care for with their personal care needs
* Medication administration
* Assisting and participating in daily activities, hobbies or outings
* Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
* Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with those we care for
* Maintaining written and electronic daily records
* Attending and completing training as required
Qualifications and requirements
* All Social Care Workers at this service must already have or commit to undertaking a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care

This service is provided by Witham Valley Care, our sister company in Lincoln. It is a six-bed residential property supporting young adults with severe learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and other complex needs.
