Overview
The ICT Officer will play a key role in the support, development and maintenance of the ICT infrastructures to support the objectives of delivering organization wide business services. The post-holder will assist the IT team in the implementation of the overall ICT architectures and be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance and support of the ICT infrastructure.
About you
6. Strong experience as an Infrastructure Engineer with server management, m365 and cloud.
7. Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, VMWare, SAN, M365 - configuring virtual networks, backups etc
8. Proactive, willing to learn
9. IT Degree
What you'll do as an ICT Officer
10. Assist in the management of ICT infrastructure.
11. Monitor and resolve issues with the server infrastructure following organisational reporting / processes.
12. Infrastructure configuration.
13. Hardware/software support - both remote and in person
14. Collaborate within a wide and varied team of IT professionals - Sever Engineers, Network Engineers, IT Support etc.
