Brand Manager - Organic Food Market Leader
6 Month Contract | Hybrid Working | Surrey Office
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and insightful brand marketer to make a significant impact in a fun, fast-paced environment with this pioneering, BCorp certified organic food company. With a start date as soon as possible, this is a perfect role if you're just back from travelling, or you want a contract role to maintain flexibility and have 3-5 years' in UK-centric FMCG, ideally food.
What will you do?
* Work on brand strategy and execution for a premium brand
* Drive innovation through supplier management and internal/external communication
* Manage A&P budgets and associated admin
* Keep the brand bank up to date with new imagery and descriptors
* Develop NPD toolkits
* Maintain website with optimized content and engaging visuals
* Assess risks and opportunities for the brand
* Manage proactive "always on" social content and influencer programs
What do you need to apply?
* Brand Management experience in FMCG (ideally food) - UK experience essential
* Passion for brands and ability to generate buy-in for the brand vision
* Creative, insightful thinker with a genuine interest in brands
* Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
* Self-starter with a proactive, "can-do", "keep it simple" attitude
* Excellent presentation skills and commercial acumen
