About The Role:
Days of Working: Monday - Friday
Shift Pattern: 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and consent work in your geographical area, ensuring it is planned and completed according to your LCM’s programme.
2. The staff or subcontractors available to you should be equipped and motivated to deliver operations to excellent standards of safety, compliance and efficiency. Where they are not, you contact your LCM prior to work starting.
3. You will support and promote the proactive nature of our work and demonstrate firm leadership when needed.
4. You will retain responsibility of your work through to completion, so when planning, you will liaise closely with your LCM around forecasted work volumes, costs, and challenges to ensure planned output is met.
