A Construction company based in Lisburn has a new opportunity for an Accounts Office Manager to join the company.
Reporting to the Financial Director, you will be responsible for elements of the accounting function, with managing the office.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious and hands-on Office Manager to join a family run organisation.
Accounting Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using Sage. Reconciling bank statements & ledgers Reconciling petty cash Preparation of quarterly tax returns Chasing payment of invoices and processing remittances General Business Duties:
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency Managing calls, emails and correspondence Inventory control General office and administrative duties Plant Management Accreditation document maintenance A generous salary package will be tailored to attract the most suitable Accounts & Office Manager.
