Job Type: Flexible (Full-time, Part-time, Temporary & Permanent)
Salary: £14.25 – £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience and role)
Teaching Personnel is recruiting Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants to work across a range of nurseries and primary schools in Lancaster, Morecambe, and surrounding areas.

* Supporting children’s learning, development, and social skills
* Assisting teachers and nursery staff with daily classroom activities
* Delivering one-to-one and small group support
* Helping to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
* Supporting children with additional needs where required
* Relevant childcare or education qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent – desirable)
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or school setting
* A positive, proactive, and caring attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
