About the role and our team
Would you like to deliver expert Health & Safety advice to the largest organisation on the Island? Join our team as a Health & Safety Advisor within the Office of Human Resources for the Cabinet Office!
In this role, you will be providing specialist Health & Safety advice to our Departments, Boards and Offices across the Isle of Man Government. This will include teachers, civil servants, healthcare professionals, engineers, public transport staff and many more.
This role will provide you unique and varied opportunities and as a large, diverse organisation, we offer a great opportunity to develop your career. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of locations, with staff across the organisations in different professions.
You would act as the link officer for a range of Departments/Offices for general queries and for the development and delivery of the agreed action plans and act as the lead officer in a range of specialist health and safety topic areas related to your background skills, knowledge and experience.
