We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join a respected, service‑focused organisation in central London. This role sits at the heart of the front‑of‑house operation and requires professionalism, reliability and strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide a warm, confident and highly professional welcome to all visitors
* Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries with discretion and accuracy
* Ensure the reception area remains organised, presentable and well‑run
* Support internal meetings, hospitality and company events
* Manage post, deliveries, couriers and essential office supplies
* Oversee refreshments, catering arrangements and twice‑weekly Ocado orders
* Maintain the Reception Manual and support ad‑hoc administrative tasks


About You

* Experience in a client facing or customer service role
* Strong communication skills and a composed, friendly manner
* Excellent attention to detail and a reliable, discreet approach
* Ability to stay calm and solutions‑focused in a busy environment
* Very comfortable using MS Office and meeting‑room management systems


Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: 08:00–18:00.
