As a Junior Support Engineer you will:
* Troubleshooting and problem solving, addressing hardware, software, and network issues reported by users
* Software installation and configuration, assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware
* Knowledge base updates, contributing to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base, providing solutions to common issues.
How it works:
Learn: Complete a period of full-time Academy training when you join Sparta Global. All training is delivered remotely by our team of industry-professional trainers and is paid from day one.
Work: At the successful completion of training, you will become a 'Spartan' consultant and be available for assignment to work with one of our clients as a Support Engineer.
Grow: You'll work with our client for up to 24 months, be able to access upskilling, salary increases, and are then available to convert to a full-time employee with your assigned employer.
