Nursery Deputy Manager Full Time
Salary: £28,000 £35,000 per year
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Nursery Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursery setting. This is a full-time role split between room-based support and office responsibilities, working within a supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
* Lead and support staff with planning and activities
* Support safeguarding, SENCO responsibilities, and compliance
* Build strong relationships with parents and outside agencies
* Ensure high standards of care, learning, health & safety, and EYFS practice
* Assist with nursery administration and staff support
Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
* At least 3 years experience in a senior nursery role
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
* Leadership experience within a nursery setting
* Positive, approachable, and team-focused attitude

Shifts Available:
* Morning Shift: 7:30am 1:30pm
* Afternoon Shift: 12:30pm 6:30pm
