Solutions Architect
Our trusted partner, an FTSE 100 corporation is currently hiring a Solutions Architect who has strong architectural / design capabilities in CRM platforms (Adobe, Marketo, Braze, etc) to join the CRM function.
Our client is looking to pay a basic salary up to 95k + 20% bonus + 25 days holiday + a strong corporate benefits package to be based in Luton 2 x PW.
The Technical Architect will be responsible for the technical design of applications and platforms within the IT estate, adhering to enterprise standards and best practices. The chosen Technical Architect will be joining the CRM tech team and be responsible for complex changes and supplier assurance, covering business as usual for Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM), the Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Customer Engagement Platform (CEP).
Role responsibilities:
* Accountable for preparing and maintaining technical architecture artefacts for CRM technology, including AS-IS, TO-BE and transitional states
* Accountable for publishing and maintaining design artefacts throughout the product lifecycle
* Accountable to prepare or support with designing and documenting technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
* Collaborating with enterprise architecture and peers to identify and agree the technical standards, frameworks, tooling, and patterns for technical solutions adhering to enterprise standards and best practice.
* Supporting solution architects in the creation of end-to-end architecture. Accountable for the related technical design and any amendments resulting from Technical Design Assurance
Key skill set:
* Previous experience designing solutions for large corporations that utilise CRM platforms such as Braze (preference), Marketo, Adobe, etc is a must-have.
* Knowledge of different modeling languages (such as UML, BPMN, ArchiMate, Essentials Project, and Lucidchart) is a must-have.
* Background architecture design, with an appreciation for security risk assessment and threat management, is a must-have
* Experience with technical architectural development, policy, asset management and modeling is a must-have.
* Experience and/or strong interest in emerging technologies is nice to have
* TOGAF or similar architecture framework experience/certification is nice to have.
