We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Council Tax team. The role will play a key part in the administration of Council Tax.
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and supporting the wider Council Tax team. This includes managing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and indexing mail to customer accounts, setting up Direct Debits on Council Tax accounts, ordering stationery, and administering basic Council Tax accounts.
The ideal candidate should be organized with the ability to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, work independently, and have good attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information is essential.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Level 1 Disclosure Scotland check. If your application progresses after the interview, you will be invited to complete the form and have your details verified.
