The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join a successful and supportive team in Bromsgrove.
This role is about building relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping people find the right car for them. We believe in a consultative, customer-first approach — no pushy sales tactics or confusing jargon.
You’ll guide customers through their buying journey, offering honest advice, great service, and a fantastic overall experience.

Your Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with customers by creating trust, communicating clearly, and delivering a friendly, professional experience from start to finish.
* Manage enquiries from multiple sources including walk-ins, online leads, telephone enquiries, and follow-ups to maximise opportunities.
* Work towards monthly sales targets, finance penetration, and add-on products while maintaining strong profit margins.
* Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all processes meet FCA and company compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For
* Previous motor industry sales experience
* A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
* Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
* Excellent communication and people skills
* A professional and well-presented manner
* The ability to quickly build rapport with customers
* A full UK driving licence
Working hours are 8:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week.
