Job Title: People Administrator (6 month FTC) A little bit about our team: The People team sits at the heart of Warner Music Group and is focused on attracting, retaining, and developing exceptional people, enabling them to be the best they can be to drive Warner's continued success in the marketplace. Our team also partners with the business to support key organisational initiatives, including executing upon our ambitious merger and acquisition roadmap. We are passionate about what we do, always striving for better, willing to go the extra mile and happy to roll up our sleeves to support our colleagues Your role: Our People team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic People Administrator to play a crucial supporting role within the People Partnering team. The role will support the People Partners in their delivery for multiple business groups and stakeholders. As the primary bridge between the People Partnering and People Operations teams, this position will enable effective communication, seamless collaboration, and smooth project execution across both teams. Here you'll get to: - Work closely with People Operations to ensure that position and employee changes are implemented and maintained in Workday, undertaking regular reviews to ensure data integrity - Manage follow ups for approvals in Workday on the monthly outstanding transactions ahead of payroll cut off, to support the People Partners and People Operations with getting all required changes approved - Own and manage the change form process for all employee updates between the People Partners and People Operations team to ensure clear instructions are briefed and received for implementation in the agreed timeframes for the change. Using your in depth knowledge of our Workday set up to ensure consistency and adherence to the standard operating procedures - Own and manage the quarterly Workday Intersection Reporting, ensuring security roles for our matrixed business are accurately maintained - Support the People Partners in the approval process for recruitment, consultants and job changes with Finance partners and Talent Acquisition - Work with our Managed Service Provider for contingent workers to ensure consultants are effectively onboarded - Support the People Partners in management of ER cases (including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, flexible working) as appropriate. Responsible for minutes taken, meeting notes and formal letters issued, working closely with People Operations to ensure correct records are maintained on file. - Support the People Partners in designing and implementing people processes, for example succession planning and interpretation of employee engagement surveys - Work with the People Partners, Compensation and Finance to support the annual budget process and compensation reviews for your business groups. Collate and maintain records of requests obtained from People Partner conversations with business leaders, ready to present to our Finance Partners - Support the People Partner to plan, action and administer restructures, including the drafting of redundancy consultation letters and packs, in accordance with commercial and legal requirements - Review exit interview notes and, where appropriate, escalate feedback to leaders and support in any changes required - Encourage adoption of the People team operating model, directing employees and managers to the right channels and encouraging self-service where appropriate - Support the People Partners and wider People team on projects that improve our policy and processes, written communications, workplace culture and employee engagement - Understand our company values and champion them with your business groups, supporting an inclusive culture - Create and maintain org charts for your business areas - Administration across the employee lifecycle - working alongside our People Operations team to ensure that employee changes are captured in a timely, accurate manner ahead of monthly payroll deadlines, generating letters and agreements for more complex cases as required - Support the People Partners with parental leave and other long term absence periods, including working with People Operations on confirming dates employees plan to be off and also ensuring written correspondence is clear for employees - Manage creation of all Purchase Orders as needed from the People Partnering Team, working closely with our Finance Partners to ensure smooth set up and processing in our systems About you: - Previous experience working as a People Team Administrator - High levels of attention to detail - Data-driven and analytical, able to analyse data and identify trends, make recommendations - Proficiency with Workday - Experienced in supporting ER cases - Previous experience with restructures and change management - Experience making Occupational Health referrals and providing feedback on reports to the People Partners to implement recommendations - Good understanding of UK employment law, confident advising the business based on company policy - Able to quickly build relationships across the team - Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, tech savvy We'd love it if you also had: - Experience in a creative industry - Previous experience in a matrix organization As the home to 10K Projects, Asylum, Atlantic Music Group, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world's premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike.
