Skills and experience required to be a successfulBranch Manager - Estate Agent:
* Preferably an experiencedBranch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Managerora Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuerlooking to progress
* DemonstrableSales Managementexperience
* Able to generate new business in atarget drivenenvironment
* Proven experience managing, leading andmentoringa team
* Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience
* Resilient,positive, organised, numerate anddetail oriented
* Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
* IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems)
* AFull UK driving licence#
