Responsibilities
:
1. Full commercial management of projects from procurement through to final accounts
2. Cost control, budget forecasting, and internal reporting
3. Overseeing pricing and cost management
4. Managing early warnings and estimating
5. Contract administration under NEC
6. Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in highways projects
8. Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, and surfacing
9. Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc Hons) or equivalent
10. HNC/HND in Construction or Civil Engineering considered
11. In-depth NEC contract knowledge
